Payment and insurance information

Healing Within Counseling is an out-of-network provider and is not contracted with any insurance plans.
I accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I’ll provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance to process a claim.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

•  Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health treatment?

•  What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met this year?

•  Once I’ve met my deductible, what percentage will be reimbursed for a 53-minute therapy session (CPT code 90837)?

•  How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

•  How long does it take to receive reimbursement?

Questions you might have before getting started.

Let’s start with a conversation.

Maybe you’re not even sure therapy is the right step. Maybe you’ve been sitting on this for a while. That’s okay. Starting is the hardest part, and you’re already here.

Complete this form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. No commitment — just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
